the Glass House
The Glass House is an iconic and beautifully preserved piece of of modern architectural history. Built by Philip Johnson in 1949, the house is now a National Historic Trust Site. Its minimalist charm and breathtaking views attract visitors from all over the world. The structure is situated on a 45+ acre estate, neighbored by the Brick House (another work of Philip Johnson), and within the proximity of several art galleries and outdoor sculptures.

Glass house summer party
The Glass House hosts an annual party marking the beginning of the historic site’s touring season. The 2025 party features special works by artists Gaetano Pesce and Barbara Kasten. The work of both artists and their love of vibrant color was referenced in the creation of the event branding.
