The Four Seasons Private Residences Charleston is a collection of designer residences in the heart of historic Charleston. These homes blend the rich history of Charleston’s architecture with the luxuries of modern living. The building’s architecture references distinct Charleston landmarks including The Mills House, John Rutledge House Inn, and the long-gone hotels that once lined the streets.

Color
The color palette references the vibrant shades of Charleston’s plant life, cobblestone streets, wrought iron railings, and old stone structures.

This printed piece includes a custom envelope enclosed with a ribbon. Inside, five cards pair imagery from the project with writing about the homes, amenities, and services. For many, this will be the introduction of the Four Seasons Charleston.

The floor plan package includes a custom folder that houses a six-panel folding floor plan template and the fact sheet. This package is given to prospective buyers during their visits to the sales gallery.
