90 PARK AVENUE

90 Park Avenue is a boutique office building in Midtown Manhattan. Designed by Emery Roth in 1964, this tower is a piece of Manhattan’s midcentury architectural history. Today, 90 Park Avenue is part of The Midtown Collection, a collection of boutique office buildings by Vornado. These buildings are spread across Midtown Manhattan, and share amenities at 1290 Avenue of the Americas. For this reason, 90 Park Avenue is designed to stand alone, while simultaneously fitting into the design system of The Midtown Collection.

interior

The entry to 90 Park is spacious and drenched in sunlight. White marble travertine walls and sycamore wood compliment a colorful art installation in the lobby. The entry feels warm, polished, and contemporary.

logo and design system

As a member of Vornado’s Midtown Collection, 90 Park Avenue inherits a typography system and logo rules from the master brand. The distinct number mark references the sculpture that stands at the entryway of 90 Park Avenue.

color

The color palette draws from the materiality of the building. The midcentury elements of the building are reflected in the warmth of colors and the ways they interact. Cream backgrounds are home to charcoal text, with bright accents of warm red and oak.
